Mike began working in the real estate financing industry in December of 1981 as a mortgage banker with the old Rothschild Financial Corporation. Having held industry positions from loan officer to company owner to underwriter to department manager, Mike truly has a careers’ worth of experiences to draw on. In the intervening 25+ years, Mike has originated hundreds of loans for his many satisfied customers and approaches mortgage financing from a financial counselors’ perspective attempting to explain the pro’s and cons of various mortgage vehicles to customers and trusting and allowing them to choose the program that best fits their goals and aspirations.
